About Carol Lynn Johnson

Carol Lynn Johnson was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to the town of Manitowoc, WI as a pre-teen. She then returned to Milwaukee where she attended and graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a Liberal Arts degree. While in college, she worked part-time at a nearby hospital and soon after graduating she found herself in the field of healthcare software. She continued in that field for more than 25 years and moved several times across the country. She spent time in Virginia, Florida and then she and her husband, who had just retired from the Florida DOT after 30 years, made the move to Franklin, NC. Never someone who could just sit around, Carol Lynn decided she had to reinvent herself and real estate seemed just the challenge.
Carol Lynn received her North Carolina Real Estate license in July of 2007 and within six months had also obtained Broker status. During her first year, she was awarded Rookie of the Year from the Franklin Board of Realtors. Carol Lynn has performed the requisite class work and received the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Green Designation in 2009; followed by the Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification in 2010 and also the e-PRO Certification in 2012. Beginning in her second year, Carol Lynn has routinely been a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. In 2011 she sold more than $5,000,000 in real estate.
